A Moment of Joy

You don’t need to be unhappy to want more joy. And you don’t need a crisis to pause and reconnect.

This workshop is for people who feel busy, stretched or a bit disconnected and who want to feel more alive and present in their day-to-day life.

Together, we create space to step out of autopilot and back into feeling and connection.

The Experience

When was the last time you felt joy? In this workshop, you will.

We explore what joy actually is and what it isn’t.
Not as a concept, but as something you can feel.
Using embodied practices like breathwork and visualisation, you’ll reconnect with your own, personal sense of joy.
Lasting joy doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from connecting to yourself, knowing what truly matters to you and being able to name it.

Through in-depth values exercises and connection with others, we explore the foundation that supports joy in everyday life.

You’ll leave feeling lighter and more grounded, with more clarity around what matters to you and how to move forward with that awareness.

And most importantly: you’ll leave having experienced joy — with a smile on your face. (No one ever left without it.)

  • Playful, embodied exercises

About your facilitators:

Jo is an ICF-trained coach with a background in Somatic and Career & Development Coaching. Based in South Africa, she supports exhausted professionals who feel stressed, numb or disconnected in finding their way back to joy.

Her work helps people move from constant pressure to more lightness, clarity and excitement for life — creating a life that feels aligned, sustainable and truly their own.

Jay’s world is nature — guiding people underwater, over mountains and through the breath. With a background in psychology, he blends the power of nature and breathwork to help others reconnect with joy, playfulness and inner calm.

Together, Jo and Jay create a space to move, laugh, breathe

and remember what makes life feel meaningful.

“I recently attended the Dimples of Joy – Joy Workshop, and it was truly a beautiful and uplifting experience. The energy in the space was warm, genuine, and contagious. Through playful exercises, mindful moments, and authentic connection.
Jo held the space with so much care and presence, creating an environment where everyone felt safe to open up, express, and just be. It is often difficult to out words on emotions but through a simple card game Jo found a way for us to express, prioritize and share our cour values.
Highly recommend this to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves, laugh, play, and remember the simple beauty of being human. ✨” — amadou
