The coaching journey is for people who feel exhausted, disconnected or stuck in survival mode and want to feel like themselves again.

Each session offers a focused, protected space where you are fully seen and heard.

We slow things down enough to understand what’s actually happening for you, without judgment or pressure to perform.

A 12 week journey

How does a coaching journey look?

  • 50-minute conversation to figure out if we're a good fit

    Nervous about this step? That's completely normal. You don't need to have all the answers or even know exactly why you're here. Sometimes it's just a feeling that something needs to change.

    This conversation gives us a chance to talk honestly about what's going on in your life and whether working together makes sense. Everything we discuss is completely confidential. I'll also tell you more about how I work and what you can realistically expect.

    By the end, we'll both know if this feels right.

  • Together we explore behavioral patterns and make sense of why your energy, mood and motivation have shifted.

    We identify where your survival mode is active, which areas of life are currently misaligned, and what keeps you stuck in the same cycles.

    You begin to understand why you feel anxious, numb, or constantly on edge.
    Patterns that were invisible become visible.

    You leave this phase knowing exactly why life has felt so hard and where change needs to begin

  • We look at your boundaries - where they are, what they need to be and what makes protecting your energy difficult.

    We clarify what drains your energy and why: people, situations, expectations.
    We explore the values and beliefs that shape you and how they are currently showing up or missing in your life.

    You practice setting boundaries and saying "no" in ways that work for you.
    Boundaries become clearer. You know what’s important to you and why.
    More capacity and space opens up for you.

  • This is where the shift happens.

    We work on putting all the pieces together and starting to re-create a life based on everything you learned about yourself by now. 

    We practice recognizing what feels right in everyday decisions, interactions, and routines to stop second-guessing yourself.

    You start to feel more alive, more yourself with more energy.
    Life becomes lighter, decisions feel more natural.
    Joy and ease return, not as something to force but as a result of aligned choices.

  • We anchor the practices and choices that support you into daily life to create sustainable change.

    You learn to maintain what you've built even when life gets busy or challenging, to recognise early warning signs before exhaustion builds and to adjust when needed without losing your foundation. 

    Life feels lighter and more supportive.
    With your version of joy - realistic, grounded and lasting. More flow. Less anxiety. Less heaviness.
    More trust in yourself and in life. 

  • Notes and support when you need it

    After each conversation, I'll send you a summary of what we talked about and anything useful that came up - no homework or assignments, just something to look back on if you want.

    You can also Whatsapp me between our talks if something comes up or you want to run an idea by me. I'm not going to solve everything over Whatsap, but sometimes it helps to know someone's in your corner.

  • Celebrating what's different

    By the end of our 12 weeks, most people are surprised by how much has shifted - not because everything in their life changed, but because they changed how they handle everything in their life.

    We'll spend time noticing what's different, what you want to keep doing, and how to maintain the changes that matter most to you.

  • This is what I like to call “How is it going?” check in. It’s a complimentary 30-minute check-in approximately two months after our last session. A opportunity to reconnect, discuss any new developments, and address questions that may have come up in the meantime.

  • As much as I love to share about my program, there is still nothing better than an in-person conversation to understand how we can best work together.
